This space was designed with one primary objective: the best natural light possible. With photography in mind, we wanted a well lit space for as many hours as possible, which makes this south facing studio absolutely perfect. The size and neutral aesthetic of it allows room for so many opportunities; the world is your oyster, so to speak! With wall to wall windows covered in sheer curtains at the front, with ceilings to floors and walls in a perfect blank canvas of white, a bonus accent walls to help bring another ready-to-use vibe into the space, you can create just about any look you want to make this space perfectly yours. From headshots to newborn photos, hair and makeup artistry, content creation, podcast recordings, and beyond, this space has seen a plethora of creative minds at work. We’d love to see what you’ll create next.

What’s included:
There is so much value in being part of a creative community. Running a photography business on your own can feel lonely, and that's where we come in! Our members regularly touch base in a private GroupMe, soliciting advice and feedback. We each approach the space with different eyes, and it is so nice to have a group of fellow Nashville creatives to learn from without judgment.
Complimentary use of:
all furniture (sofas, chairs, benches, stools, side tables, plants)
newborn posing bean bag (wraps, blankets and backdrops for part time and full time renters only)
rolling clothing rack
mobile backdrop wall
twin bed
desk
light stand (lights not included)
V-flats
private bathroom, including a baby changing table
private changing room
water dispenser and cups
Rent from a single use rental can be applied towards a part time or full time member slot if you inquire and are approved within 30 days of your rental date.

$75 per hour (minimum requirement of 2 hours per booking). Weekday rentals are currently discounted to $50 per hour (subject to availability).
Full Day Rentals (up to 10 hours, weekdays only) are $350.
Weekend Rentals bookings are available two weeks before your rental date. Weekday Rental bookings are available one month before your rental date. Please contact us for additional fees and availability for date requests further out. -
$300/month
9 hours/month in two hour blocks or more per rental. One weekend rental is permitted per month (up to 3 hours of your 9 allotted hours).
Saturday hours for part-time renters begin at 12PM.

Remaining rent and utilities, after part time renter fees are deducted, are divided equally between all full time renters and studio owners. More details will be provided upon request/application.
Unlimited weekday shooting hours (within reason). 8 weekend hours max per month, any time of day.
Shared Google calendar for easy and independent scheduling
Your own storage shelf in the prop closet
Display your own artwork in the studio
Access to all shared props (furniture, seamless paper, blankets, wraps, etc.)
Exclusive access to renting from a client closet (women’s sizing from XS - 4XL)
Invitation to attend all meetings about the studio, to include your vote towards any decisions for purchases, design changes, and overall shared decision making on studio matters.
