The address is 6901 Lenox Village Drive, Suite 105, Nashville.
Turn into Lenox Village Drive and then turn on the first left just past the Regent building (the tall corner building) into the parking lot. From the lot, you can walk around either side of the building to reach the studio, which faces the street you just entered on (Lenox Village Drive). There are both stairs or a ramp to choose from. If you choose to go to the left, you will pass an engineering firm and a hair salon in the courtyard. We are around the building through the arches. If you go to the right side of the building from the parking lot, you will pass a martial arts studio, bridal shop, and Nova Pediatrics before you reach the studio.
Parking: Any spots marked 2HR, either in the parking lot or in the garage under the building.
