INTERESTED IN RENTING?

Occasionally, a spot to become a full-time or part-time renter at Click Studio will open up.  Currently (January 2024), we have 1 full-time slot open and 1 part-time slot open.  Read below for more details about the two types.
Part-time renting - ​​$300 monthly

What's included?
  • 9 studio hours each month. Each booking must be a 2-3 hour block, including time needed for cleaning. Only one of the slots (maximum 3 hours) can be on a weekend, though all could be on weekdays. Saturday hours begin for part-time renters at 12PM.  
  • Discounted rate for additional rental hours (must be approved in advance of scheduling)
  • Your own key
  • Tons of furniture: benches, chairs, sofas, side tables, a desk, & stools 
  • Rolling wall
  • Backdrop stand
  • ​Bluetooth speaker
  • Light stand (lights not included)
  • Shared Google calendar for easy scheduling
  Studio policies:
  • Liability insurance required (min. $1M liability)
  • 4 month terms; not guaranteed renewal; must give 30 days notice to leave
  • Cannot display artwork, store anything at the studio, or use any consumables (seamless paper)
Full-time renting

What's included?
  • Cost fluctuates a bit monthly, based on expenses.  It is calculated from the total rent and expenses/utilities minus part time rentals, divided by the number of full time renters.  We can give you more details, if interested.
  • Unlimited weekday shooting hours (within reason).  6 weekend hours max per month, any time of day.
  • Your own key​
  • Tons of furniture: benches, chairs, sofas, side tables, a desk, & stools 
  • Rolling wall
  • Backdrop stand
  • Bluetooth speaker
  • Light stand (lights not included)
  • Shared Google calendar for easy scheduling
  • Your own dedicated storage shelf in the prop closet
  • Use of any props on the common area shelves and seamless paper
  • Able to use all furniture in the studio, with the exception of items on full-time members' shelves

Studio policies:
  • Liability insurance required (min. $1M liability)
  • 1 year contract; must give 90 days notice to leave
  • Get to display/hang artwork in the studio
  • Required attendance at monthly studio meetings​​ with other full-time renters
  • Up to $20/person monthly can be allocated towards purchases that benefit the studio.  They are voted on at studio meetings.
